Further to the Company s announcement yesterday afternoon regarding the proposed Placing to be conducted by way of the Bookbuild ( Launch Announcement ), the Company has conditionally placed 20,005,325 New Ordinary Shares at an offer price of €1.65 (£1.40) per share (the Offer Price ), raising gross Placing proceeds of approximately €33million. The Placing Shares represent approximately 11.8% of the Company s existing issued share capital.
