Baker McKenzie Thailand signed an MoU with Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organisation (Public Organisation) (TGO) to collaborate in creating an enabling legal environment to promote implementation of climate action in Thailand. Baker McKenzie was led by Peerapan Tungsuwan, Partner and Head of Sustainability Group along with Yuthana Sivaraks, Nam-Ake Lekfuangfu, Kowit Adireksombat and Environmental Specialist, Dhiranantha Rithmanee. The collaboration will particularly focus on carbon trading to assist organisations moving towards carbon neutrality and net zero emissions.
