IPOH: The carcass of a Malayan tiger that died after being hit by a trailer on the North-South Expressway (NSE) on Nov 9 is being preserved, says the Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan).

OF LATE, there have been a lot of tiger sightings, mostly on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. There's even been a few confirmed attacks which have led to the deaths of three men at Pos Pasik, Gua Musang. While terrifying to think of, tiger attacks are usually very rare as the felines prefer to stay away from humans.
IPOH: The Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) has lodged a police report against several individuals who allegedly pulled out and took whiskers from a dead tiger.
