Rights activists, along with families of terror victims in Iran attended this gathering in Tehran to mark the American Human Rights Week.
The annual occasion aims to shed light on the US s track record of rights violations in Iran.
The second day of the week long occasion marks the 1981 bombing of the headquarters of the Iran Islamic Republic Party in Tehran by the US backed Mojahedin-e Khalq terror organization, known as the MKO.
Seventy-three leading officials of the Islamic Republic were killed, including former Justice Chief Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Beheshti.
