Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that propaganda activities in Ukraine were financed, among other things, from the black cash of the military situation in Donbas.
On the air of the Freedom of Speech program on ICTV on Friday evening, Avakov drew attention to the aggravation of the situation in recent days in eastern Ukraine. Answering the question whether the imposition of sanctions is connected with this aggravation, the minister said: For me, this is all connected [.] Why do I say aggravation ? The truce had been held for a very long time [.] And what is happening in recent days? Four soldiers were killed by snipers.
Zelensky s presidential electoral rating slides to 22.1% - poll
KYIV. Feb 3 (Interfax) - If presidential elections were held in Ukraine next Sunday, only about 22% of Ukrainians confident of their choice would vote for President Volodymyr Zelensky, as seen from the findings of a nationwide poll of 1,205 respondents the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted in 86 populated areas across Ukraine from January 27 to February 1, 2021.
The poll showed that, if presidential elections in Ukraine were held next Sunday, 65% of the respondents would certainly go to polling stations and another 10.2% would likely do so.
Zelensky would still garner more votes than any other candidate, even though his electoral rating has gone down to 22.1% compared to 27% in December 2020 among the voters who are sure about their choice.

KYIV. Feb 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – If the presidential elections in Ukraine were held next Sunday, some 24.8% of voters who have already decided on their choice would vote for incumbent head of state Volodymyr Zelensky, according to the results of a poll conducted by the Social Monitoring Center on January 15 to January 25, 2020.
According to the survey presented at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Monday, some 18.4% of respondents would vote for leader of the Opposition Platform - For Life party Yuriy Boiko, and 15.6% for leader of the European Solidarity party, fifth president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, leader of the Batkivschyna party Yulia Tymoshenko would be supported by 11.1%.

Zelensky leads rating of trust among Ukrainian politicians

President Volodymyr Zelensky leads the rating of trust among Ukrainian politicians, with 41% of respondents who trust him and 56% who do not trust him, according to an opinion poll conducted by the Rating sociological group.
Some 30% of respondents said they trusted Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, and 58% said they did not trust him. Some 29% trust former Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman and 61% do not trust him. Some 27% trust Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmytro Razumkov, 30% do not trust him, and 27% do not know him.
Only 16% trust incumbent Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, a quarter of respondents do not know him, and more than half do not trust him.
