Ukraine launched another missile attack on Sevastopol in Crimea, according to a Russian official. The attack came a day after Ukraine targeted the headquarters of Russia s Black Sea Fleet. Sevastopol was put on an air raid alert, and ferry traffic was halted temporarily. Pro-Ukraine sources reported loud blasts and rising smoke near Vilne in northern Crimea. Ukraine s intelligence chief claimed that at least nine people were killed and 16 others wounded in the attack on the Black Sea Fleet. The Russian Defense Ministry initially said one serviceman was killed, but later stated that he was missing.
