PNP rescues 4 kidnapped Chinese, nabs 11 suspects in police operations By JOVILAND RITA, GMA News Published February 25, 2021 12:18pm Four abducted Chinese were rescued in a series of operations in Quezon City and Pampanga on Wednesday evening, the Philippine National Police said Thursday. In a statement, PNP chief Police General Debold Sinas said the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) and the Anti-Kidnapping Action Committee responded to a kidnapping case of a Chinese woman. Citing reports from PNP-AKG chief Police Brigadier General Jonel Estomo, Sinas said the Chinese woman was rescued at a medical diagnostics clinic in Quezon City around 6 p.m. The supervisor of the establishment told the investigators that the victim is scheduled to undergo RT-PCR test as a requirement for airline travel.
