雲縣通過共享運具經營業管理自治條例每輛車都要GPS追蹤 - 生活

「雲林縣共享運具經營業管理自治條例」獲雲林縣議會三讀審查通過，為六都之外第一訂定自治條例之縣市，自治條例規範對象包含小客車、機車、自行車或其他運具，未來所有的共享運具都將納管，維護停車秩序和市容。雲林縣長張麗善表示，「雲林縣共享運具經營業管理自治條例」全文共計23條，為有效管理雲林縣共享運具經營業，自治條例明確規範營運業者需提出營運車輛數量及形式、預定服務區域等資料向本府提出申請，繳納權利金及保證金經本府許可後始得依許可內容營運，業者針對共享運具也應投保相關保險並與租用共享運具之使用者簽定租用服務契約，以合宜維護使用者權益及公共安全秩序。
