“I see a lot of happiness and joy. I know it's cliche to say, but these kids love to come out (and) just seeing the smile on their faces (is priceless). Most of these kids stick around the whole time and they get to interact with police officers in a different manner to where you don't find a person out there who doesn't have a smile on their face," Dickinson Police Officer Chad Hopponen said.
