Clarksburg High School Class of 2016 starts a new chapter as the lives of Three Friends comes to a sudden end. Evidence of the violent crash still visible on burnt hill road in damascus. So young. Police say 17yearold jacob dennis was driving and somehow slammed into a tree near kingsstead road at 11 30 last night. Jacob and his friends cari green, 17, and patrick 18, were killed. At least two of the teens were wearing seat belts but the impact was so intense that rescue crews just werent able to save them. The 27yearold truck didnt have any air bags either. Police say theres no obvious sign that alcohol contributed to the crash, just speed and inexperienced driving. Graduation went on today for clarksburg high schools seniors. It took place at mount st. Marys university where parents and students along with school staff made sure to honor the victims. Stephanie ramirez was there for the commencement.
