A CHRISTMAS card featuring pictures drawn by two Anglesey schoolgirls will grace the Prime Minister’s mantlepiece this festive season. Bethan Brooksbank, age 8, and Lara Hagan, age 10, both from Ysgol y Tywyn in Caergeiliog both had their Christmas card designs chosen from dozens of entries in a competition held by MP Virginia Crosbie. Their pictures are on the front and back of the cards which were printed in Holyhead and have been sent to hundreds of Ms Crosbie’s contacts including senior Ministers and the Prime Minister. This week, Ms Crosbie held a video call with the two girls and their teachers to thank and congratulate them.
