A woman called 911 on Thursday to report that she had spent the night at Samuel's apartment and that he complained of chest pain before falling on top of her.
The self-described relationship guru, who boasted 1.43 million subscribers on YouTube, reportedly was found unresponsive at an apartment on East Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta on Thursday, May 5.
