The Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed city officials, local dignitaries and grant recipients during a ribbon cutting for River Valley Health Foundation Inc. at 1226 Chapline St. in Wheeling. The River Valley Health Foundation also announced the distribution of $71,500 in grants to local nonprofits as well as $37,000 to four local health departments for help with COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
