KFC Foundation awards funding to North Wales-based organisation Youth Shedz in Llandudno

THE KFC Foundation has awarded funding to Youth Shedz in Llandudno. Funding has been allocated by the foundation to more than 25 grassroots charities, clubs and associations across the UK who support young people in fulfilling their potential. Youth Shez empowers young people and works to ensure there are safe places for youths to proactively engage, develop new skills and further their education. Paula MacKenzie, chair of Trustees for the KFC Foundation, said: “The response we received from our first grant call was astonishing. The work of grassroots organisations in providing a positive impact on the lives of young people across local communities has never been more important, especially given the challenges many are facing at the moment.
