For every constituent we have 900 employees. The population is 805,000. How many of those employees live in the city . So we have all these people who dont live in the city, who come here and their heart is not in the right place. When we give the statistics that our unemployment is just 5 percent or 6 percent, thats not true. There are hot spots where there is unemployment as high as 50 percent. And we need to address that.
