京元電外籍移工遷返 議員爆宿舍「持續違法使用」 - 生活

京元電子外籍移工經隔離檢疫PCR陰性後，陸續遷返回廠房附近的中華路88號宿舍，過程中移工投訴遭受混亂、垃圾雜物堆置、睡地舖等不平對待。苗栗縣議員陳光軒更指出，該宿舍已因違規使用2度被開罰，如今又持續違規使用，批評縣府公權力不彰。縣府工商發展處今前往了解，發現確有違規使用情形，將依法再度開罰，並不排除移送法辦。陳光軒表示，中央前進指揮所前腳才離開，京元電外籍移工的私人物品就被打包成堆像垃圾，京元電也馬上取消分流上班，讓500位移工繼續回到中華路住在違法宿舍，他稍早到附近走了一趟，發現移工們確實都回到這違法使用的宿舍，也觀察到宿舍旁環境的管理也有如垃圾場，滿滿的垃圾就堆在宿舍旁還有流浪犬在翻食垃圾袋內的殘食，看了讓人搖頭。
