Turnout in some areas was 77, even though there are no turnout thresholds in the new electoral code, and this is a manifestation of that very civic position and concern for the future of the country. We understand that an assessment of the political system, an assessment of a countrys domestic policy and Foreign Policy is a direct intervention in its internal affairs. Politics are determined by the people the political system is determined by the people, the electoral system is formed by the people. Here in belarus, this has all been done consistently, legitimately and democratically, we are absolutely satisfied, we have seen, i would like to especially note the opportunity to vote remotely. In belarus, every Election Commission has a mobile group that can come and allow people with disabilities and the elderly to vote at home. Unfortunately, this is not the case in germany. We have people able to vote by mail starting 6 weeks in advance. Before the main vote, and no one gives any guar
