Vietnam’s cybersecurity situation has reported many successes in 2022, according to Tran Dang Khoa, Deputy Director of the Authority of Information Security under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
A conference for young Vietnamese scientists in the Republic of Korea (RoK) was held at the Seoul National University of Science and Technology on December 11.
The 31st Vietnam Student Olympiad in Informatics (OLP'22) and the 2022 International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) Asia in Ho Chi Minh City concluded on December 9.
Along with science and technology development, in the next decade, Vietnam will focus on promoting innovation, circular development and commercialising research outcomes, and hopes for the US’s support and cooperation in the process for common growth, stated Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy.
The scientist, born in Hà Nội in 1995, said he hopes more Vietnamese scientists and engineers will be recognised by international associations and organisations.
