Mary Ann Jett, 80, of Williamsport passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020 at the Williamsport Hospital.
Services are under the direction of the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, PA 17745.

BETTY Y. MILLER
Betty Y. Miller, 93, formerly of 10 Woodward Meadows, Lock Haven passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, at Manor Care South, Williamsport where she had been a resident for the past four years. She was born in Farrandsville on Feb. 17, 1927 to Percy E. and Luella Simcox Young.
Betty was a 1941 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and a 1949 graduate of the Lock Haven School of Nursing. She was a private duty nurse in the Lock Haven and State College area before working at the Lock Haven Hospital.
She also had worked as a public health nurse and was a member of the Home Bible study.
Margretta Holsopple Day
Margretta Holsopple Day entered into eternal peace on Monday, Dec. 21, 2020 at UPMC Haven Place, Lock Haven, Pa.
She was born in 1931 in Windber, Pa. and grew up on the family farm in Hooversville, Pa. She was preceded in death by her parents Glase and Elvo Holsopple, brothers Donald and Gerald Holsopple and her husband Robert (Bob) Day.
Margretta and Bob married and settled in Somerset, Pa. and were dedicated employees at The Somerset Community Hospital. Margretta retired as the Director of Volunteer Services before their move to Lock Haven in 1992 .
They enjoyed their home and flower gardens on Pine View Drive in Flemington.
EVELYN MAY HERR
Evelyn May Herr, 99, formerly of Avis, passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020 in the Susque-View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lock Haven where she had been a resident for six years. She was born in Lock Haven on Sept. 13, 1921 to Clayburn and Laura Mitterling Breon.
Evelyn was united in marriage to Floyd F. Herr on May 28, 1949; he preceded her in death in 1997. She had formerly been employed at the Sylvania Plant in Mill Hall, and Wire Rope. Evelyn babysat for various families in the area. She enjoyed bowling at the Harvest Moon Bowling Alley in Linden and had been a member of the Avis United Methodist Church.
