Avril 2021 (image d illustration). © RFI/Aurore Lartigue 2 mn L’activiste nigérian Sunday Igboho, organisateur d’un rassemblement début juillet pour la création d’une nation « Yoruba » pourrait être présenté au procureur ce jeudi à Cotonou. Le sécessionniste a été arrêté, lundi dans la capitale béninoise par la police des airs et des frontières. Il avait fui son pays, après une descente de services nigérians à son domicile d’Ibadan à 150 km de la mégapole Lagos. Les autorités du Nigeria ont demandé son arrestation et son extradition.
