Syracuse, N.Y. Some students in Central New York school districts haven’t been offered the chance to attend school in-person since the coronavirus pandemic began in March.
That is starting to change, as the number of coronavirus cases locally begins to slide. Many parents say they are elated after months of distance learning for their children.
