Lisa Cavanaugh, 51, was hit in the head with a brick as she walked near Grand Central Terminal on Thursday afternoon. She was struck near Third Avenue and East 48th Street about 2:15pm.

The 16-year-old was taken to the Lincoln Hospital where he died
The suspect in the killing fled the scene and remains at large
No motive was given for the shooting, which took place in broad daylight
