In a recent report cited by The Korea Herald, the 73-year-old actress managed to score more than 4,500 votes in Gold Derby s Oscars race poll, where editors, experts, and internet users cast their votes.  This makes the Canola star lead the said category, surpassing fellow nominees such as Amanda Seyfried for Mank, British actress Olivia Coleman for The Father, Emmy winner Glenn Close for her portrayal as Bonnie Mamaw Vance in the 2020 melodrama film Hillbilly Elegy, and lastly, Maria Bakalova for Borat Subsequent Movie Film.
