Most of the Yonkers City Council is calling for an investigation into one of its own members.
Six of the seven Yonkers City Council members are calling on the city s inspector general to investigate misconduct allegations against Council President Mike Khader.
In a letter, the council outlined several concerns.
One is a possible ethics violation between Khader and his legal counsel Jeffrey Buss involving a quid pro quo relationship.
The second involves allegations of a hostile work environment from an ex-employee.
