Moose Jaw Police have charged an Edmonton man with attempted murder, after an incident on Friday .
Moose Jaw Police received a 911 call in the 800 block of 4
th Avenue north east, and when they arrived officers report a physical altercation between two men and a women inside the house had occurred. One man had allegedly fired a handgun at the other man but who was not struck. Police say the victim sustained only minor injuries during the physical altercation.
25 year-old Yonis Asefaw, of Edmonton, was arrested for Attempted Murder and police allege he was found to be concealing a loaded handgun, was in possession of almost 16 ounces of Cocaine with a street value of approximately $45,000 and approximately $6,000 in cash. Members of the Criminal Investigation Section continued the investigation and recovered evidence in the house they say supports the Attempted Murder charge.

An Edmonton man faces multiple charges, including attempted murder, following an incident in Moose Jaw.
Yonis Asefaw, 25, was arrested after Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a 911 call Friday in Moose Jaw in the 800 block of 4th Avenue NE.

Members of the MJPS patrol section arrived and, according to a MJPS news release, learned that there had been a physical altercation between two males and one female inside the house. Police say one male fired a handgun at the other male but was not struck. The victim sustained only minor injuries during the physical altercation.

A 25-year-old Edmonton man will be in a Moose Jaw courtroom on Monday facing a charge of attempted murder.
Police in the city were called to home on the 800 block of 4th Avenue NE after getting a 9-1-1 call on Friday.
Upon arriving, police learned of a physical altercation between two men and a woman with one of the men allegedly firing a handgun.
When taken into custody, police say Yonis Asefaw was allegedly concealing a loaded handgun, had $6,000 in cash on him along with 16 ounces of cocaine that had an estimated street value of $45,000
