A fight about work at Coega and Markman has taken a deadly turn just days after seven people were killed and four wounded in a cold-blooded attack at a party in Kwazakhele with WhatsApp messages and voice recordings doing the rounds implying that councillors in Motherwell should be killed.
Two drivers were allegedly assaulted as balaclava-clad men walked around the Cleary Park Shopping Centre when “illegal” cab operators were barred from using the centre’s parking lot as pickup and drop-off points for shoppers.
When police arrived at the scene of a mass shooting in Kwazakhele, 11 bullet-riddled bodies were scattered around the property, evincing the sheer terror the men and women felt as they tried to escape the gunmen.
Additional resources from provincial and national levels will be deployed to Nelson Mandela Bay after a mass shooting at a party on Sunday night left eight people dead and three wounded.
