Early voting for June 15 Henry County Board of Commission special election starts on May 24

McDONOUGH â Early voting for the June 15 special election will begin later this month. Residents living in District 3 are tasked with selecting a Henry County Board of Commissioners representative. The winner will serve through December 2022 â the remaining time of Commissioner Gary Barhamâs term. The seat became vacant when Barham died from COVID-19 in March. Greg Cannon was appointed the temporary District 3 representative in April. Voters can cast their ballots early on the following dates and times: â¦ May 24-28 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. â¦ June 1-4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. â¦ June 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. â¦ June 7-11 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
