From it’s early beginnings fulfilling orders from the boot of a car during lockdown, Yola Bakery has held a special place in the hearts of its devoted, loyal fanbase. The sourdough bakery, which began life in 2018, is the brainchild of Jamie Pettitt, the result of a career pivot which has seen the business grow from the boot of that car, to a trailer, and now, finally, to its own premises in the Whitemill North Industrial Estate in Wexford town.
