The breather for Sarnaik came after the ED asked him to present himself before it on Thursday for questioning in the case of alleged duping of the
MMRDA. Sarnaik, Vihang and Chandegala had requested for “audio/videography of proceedings in the presence of a lawyer at a visible but not audible distance during the course of the interrogation and/or recording of their statements in a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002” during their questioning.
