Following success in Bangkok, Sydney and Los Angeles earlier this year, Venture Beyond by Australian winemaker Penfolds recently made its way to Singapore to offer a futuristic wine experience through a series of interactive digital installations, add-on masterclasses and live performances under the theme of space exploration.
The wine market in Thailand has suffered numerous setbacks since the beginning of the pandemic, namely various alcohol restrictions, the banning of online sales, the lack of foreign tourists and an overall drop in consumer purchasing power, says Yodi Mootoosamy, general manager at Penfolds International.
