The lack of boba is starting to feel dire at Boba Bliss, a small family-owned operation in Dublin. The shop’s supplier stopped delivering boba weeks ago because of supply-chain issues and instituted purchase limits, so family members have been driving around the East Bay every day in search of another box of the popular, chewy tapioca balls that accompany drinks like milk tea.
