Police records show that three people from Oregon were arrested on Wednesday in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. At least three Oregonians were among those arrested in the nation s capitol on Wednesday after a crowd of President Trump s supporters broke into the Capitol building.
According to records from the DC Metropolitan Police Department, 28-year-old Kristina Malimon and 54-year-old Yevgemya Malimon were arrested on charges for Unlawful Entry and violation of a 6 p.m. curfew mandated by Mayor Muriel Bowser after the violence on Wednesday morning.

Kristina Malimon of Portland was arrested Wednesday at the U.S. Capitol on charges of unlawful entry and curfew violation, according to a report by The Washington Post.
According a statement from a police officer filed in the District of Columbia Superior Court, Malimon and five others were taken into custody as they remained on Capitol grounds an hour after a citywide curfew took effect, and as officers broadcast an amplified warning that failure to vacate the grounds could result in arrest.

The vice chairwoman of the Young Republicans of Oregon is among three residents arrested during the Wednesday riot.
At least three people with ties to Oregon were arrested after a mob broke into the U.S. Capitol building Wednesday in the District of Columbia, according to police.
Rodney Taylor, 57, was arrested on a curfew violation charge. Yevgemya Malimon, 54, was arrested for curfew violation and unlawful entry, as was Kristina Malimon, 28.
Kristina Malimon is the vice chairwoman for the Young Republicans of Oregon (YRO), according to the organization s website.
Organization chairman Stephen Lloyd confirmed via email that Malimon was intending to attend a number of political events in the D.C. area.
