The FOX Forecast Center is tracking a disturbance that could make for a rainy weekend along the East Coast. Light to moderate rain is forecast to overspread the mid-Atlantic and Northeast states beginning Friday night but the heaviest rainfall is expected to happen over the Carolinas.
