上海电信IPTV称开机广告是为用户好 上海消保委：违法 站长之家（ChinaZ.com）7月6日 消息:据上海市消保委消息，近日，针对“电信IPTV开机广告关不掉”的情况，上海市消保委约谈了中国电信上海公司智慧家庭运营中心。 针对上述情况，中国电信上海公司智慧家庭运营中心方面回应称，在该段开机等待时间内投放广告，主要为提高用户开机体验，如未加入开机广告，将导致该段时间内屏幕无信息展示而显示为黑屏。针对提出的广告一键关闭功能，由于开机等待时间不可跳过，若用户在开机等待时间内关闭广告将导致用户认证时间段内黑屏，该方案并不能缩短用户等待时长，从根本上解决用户等待时间问题，反而影响用户体验。关于贵处提出的提升广告可欣赏性问题，我单位后续广告经营中将进一步对广告进行甄别和筛选，同时提高相关人员的审�
