在6月9号，叮咚买菜正式向纽交所提交上市申请，而同日每日优鲜也同样向纳斯达克递交了IPO申请。二者不仅同处于生鲜电商这一赛道之内，还使用着相同的前置仓模式，共同冲击上市背后，关于“第一股”名号的抢夺一触即发。
但与上市前的火热截然相反的是，在每日优鲜和叮咚买菜上市之后，却共同遭遇了资本市场的一盆冷水。每日优鲜上市首日就破发，并且之后三日连续下跌；而叮咚买菜在上市前就被“瘦身”，公开发行计划不足原定计划的三成，上市后的融资金额不足1亿元，不过日前叮咚买菜在美股却大受资本市场追捧，昨日的股价涨幅高达62.84%。
上市第一天趋冷的原因
