The land has a developable potential of approximately 1.40 lakh sq ft saleable area. Godrej Properties plans to develop premium residential apartments on the land parcel.
Joseph Y, a college student said, “In the year 2022, BBMP claimed that it could not fill potholes due to excessive rainfall. However, in 2023, we had a deficit of rainfall and yet roads remained in bad shape. We feel that no matter what the reason is, BBMP is good at not doing its job.”
This project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 0.7 million sq ft with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,000 crore, said Godrej Properties.
