Namma Metro operations were disrupted due to a technical snag on Purple Line for over four hours on Tuesday, leaving thousands of office-bound commuters stranded.

BMRCL officials said services on the Green Line were affected between 7:12pm and 8pm. Four trains were held at other station platforms, and all passengers were evacuated.
