a society to determine this. that, to me, has never happened. it s like, what is the truth here? she went to claim her name. to kind of get her name back. and i think it is really important. it s also interesting because it opens the door to those 25 other accusers. and it opens the door to defamation. this is a guy who has had a lot of things, about a lot of people very loudly. and a lot of it, we ve seen these people and up in really terrible situations. i do think that it will be interesting to see it. that s a very interesting point. this is a guy, obviously working a public facing job or obviously we get standard training, and one of the three cable networks just had the largest settlement of all-time. 100 million dollars. you can t just call people false things, particularly when they are not, when you are not punching up. you re not talking about a public figure. in the way that the legal hicksite whatever he wants about nick mcconnell, it s probably not actionable.
