PARADISE, Calif. - After months of preparation and community input, Jess Mercer and Steve Ferchaud are ready to bring more color to Paradise.
And what better place than having the mural on a local icon – the Skyway Antique Mall?
As the project manager of the mural and owner of the Butte County Art On Wheels, Jess Mercer is thrilled to begin this new project.

Last week my kids were begging to go sledding. I wouldn t let them because it was so ridiculously cold that it honestly wasn t really very safe for them to be outside for more than a few minutes, especially for my younger kids.
