As we head into the final week before Christmas, we have a few notable staff changes on the Hill.
Andrée-Lyne Hallé is heading back to the prime minister’s office, where she’ll serve as director of issues management and parliamentary affairs after spending most of last year as Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland’s director of operations.

Before moving to Freeland’s office, Hallé was at the PMO, where she was deputy director of communications. Her résumé also includes a stint with the Liberal Party as communications manager ahead of the 2015 election, and she studied communications and politics at the Université de Montréal.
