Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) has secured convictions against four men for separate illegal salmon angling offences, with fines and costs of more than €6,000 levied.
A Sligo man with 136 previous convictions, who pleaded guilty to a number of offences had his case put back to July 13th. A number of the incidents happened at Sligo University Hospital, the court heard.
