The event will feature 18 different groups occupying 22 parks in a creative and transformative way. Upper Hutt Brass Band Pukeahu National War Memorial Park, Sunday, 3pm, free The Upper Hutt Brass Band has performed in the Upper Hutt area since 1920 and is active in the national brass band network. The band plays a mix of light entertainment and more substantial contemporary music with an increasing focus on original New Zealand works. Subject to change depending on Covid-19 alert levels.
