Man dies after wood cutting incident on farm >More in © Tony Hisgett CC BY 2.0 An investigation is under way into the death of a man in his 40s following a wood machine incident on a farm in Warwickshire. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said a self-employed worker suffered fatal injuries while operating a wood cutting machine on a farm in Yarningale Common, Warwick.  The HSE described the tragic death on Tuesday 6 April as an “agricultural fatality” and offered advice around safe working with firewood machines (see panel). A spokesman for Warwickshire Police said: “We were called at 4.41pm on Tuesday 6 April to an incident at a farm in Yarningale Common, Warwick.
