Dimapur, Aug. 8 (EMN): A one-day district level sensitisation programme on combating child trafficking was held on the occasion of ‘World Day against Human Trafficking’ at DC’s conference hall, Tuensang, on Monday. According to a DIPR report, the campaign was organized by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in collaboration with State Commission for Protection of Child Rights and Tuensang district administration. Guest speaker of the programme, NCPCR consultant, Kapil Sharma, in his address said human trafficking is one of the fastest growing organized crimes next to drugs and weapons.
