Jack smith is asking the judge to quote, make clear that trump may not make statements that pose a significant imminent and foreseeable danger to Law Enforcement agents who are participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case. So now, why is it special counsel asking for this . You might be asking, well, its because of what donald trump said this week when he falsely claimed, but fbi agents who searched maralago or quote, Locked And Loaded and authorized to shoot him.
