That’s the way it often goes with the Yankees and supposed minor injuries, and it’s become something more severe for Stanton, who was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday with a left quad strain. Stanton’s IL stint was backdated to May 14, so he’ll be eligible to return on May 24.

Tom Brady is returning to the Buccaneers in 2021. But he won’t be returning to the Tampa Bay home he rented for his first season in Florida.
The Associated Press reports New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter sold his Tampa mansion, which he rented last year to Brady. Per the AP, Jeter sold the property for $22.5 million.
