Chandigarh: In a shocking incident, a 16-year-old boy allegedly sexually assaulted and impregnated his 18-year-old mentally-challenged sister in Yamunanagar district of Haryana. The incident came to the fore after someone alerted the officials of Child Helpline, a non-government organization (NGO) on Thursday.
