経営再建中の船井電機は28日、臨時株主総会を開き、東京の出版会社、秀和システムの傘下に入り、株式を非上場化することを正式に決めた。主力のテレビの売れ行きが海外で落ち、業績が低迷していた。経営トップを新しくし、非上場化で経営の意思決定を速め、立て直しをめざす。
また経営トップも一新し、船越秀明社長の後任に、インターネット提供会社「NTTぷらら」の社長を長年務めていた板東浩二氏（67）が28日付で就任。秀和システムの会長兼社長である上田智一氏（47）も代表取締役に就いた。
