Union County s parents had the unique opportunity Thursday night to learn about the many resources available locally thanks to the ACTIVE Coalition s now-annual Parent Resource Night at the Boys and Girls Club of El Dorado.
Members of local nonprofits The Young Artist Studio (YAS) and eXtreme Youth Programs gathered outside the Union County Courthouse on Monday for the annual kick-off to Red Ribbon Week, which encourages a drug-free lifestyle.
The ACTIVE Coalition s first ever CRAFT Night is set for this Thursday, but don t break out the construction paper and glue sticks quite yet. The CRAFT Night – CRAFT being an acronym for Community Resources and Family Training – is instead shaping up to be a one-stop shop for families seeking resources.
