Dietrich Primary School celebrated more than a century of combined teaching experience with a special assembly on Tuesday for three teachers retiring at the end of 2023.
It proved to be lucky number 13 for Gqeberha educator, Haldane Pienaar, who has taken over as the new principal of Pearson High School and been entrusted with maintaining the institution’s proud history of providing holistic education for its pupils.
St Teresa’s RC Primary School principal Raymond Sauls was honoured at two special assemblies on Thursday and Friday as he gears up for retirement on November 30 after 14 years at the helm and 40 years as an educator.
